OVERVIEW:

Shahar was an Archangel and leader of the rebellion that sought to bring down the Asteri 200 years prior to the start of Book 1. She led the 33rd Legion, of which Hunt Athalar was the commander. Shahar and Hunt were lovers. Shahar was killed by her sister, Sandriel, at Mount Hernon, after which the rebellion was squashed and those who participated were either killed or enslaved.
