The Viper Queen is the City Head of the Meat Market, which is known as a hotbed for crime. She is a snake Shifter, and her snake form is known to be terrifying to behold.

In the second half of book one, the Viper Queen narcs on Hunt, Viktoria, and Justinian, after coordinating a synth deal with them. The Viper Queen’s betrayal results in Micah finding out about their plan to kill him.
