Micah Domitus
OVERVIEW:
Micah Domitus is the Governor of Lunathion and the Archangel of Valbara. In Lunathion, he serves as the Head of the Central Business District and is in charge of the 33rd Imperial Legion.

At the beginning of the novel, Micah is presented as rather progressive for Midgard, although he still enforces the stratified social structure and maintains strict control over the 33rd Imperial Legion. He also employs Hunt Athalar as his personal assassin, justifying Hunt as his choice by pointing out Hunt's skill for finding and killing demons who make it through the Northern Rift.
When Bryce Quinlan returns to her apartment and finds that the Pack of Devils has been slaughtered, she encounters an injured angel outside. This angel is Micah Domitus, although he is so badly injured that she does know it was him until she is told later in the book.
Two years after this attack, Micah tasks Bryce with solving a string of murders that have taken place in Lunathion. Given the high-profile nature of the murders, he assigns Hunt to keep her safe.
At the end of the novel, Micah reveals that he blackmailed Danika Fendyr into stealing Luna's Horn because he wanted it to open a portal into Hel. When Danika refused to give it to him, he killed the entire Pack of Devils by injecting Danika with a high dose of synth. When Bryce learns what Micah did, she kills him with the Godslayer rifle and vacuums up his remains.
