Pelias

OVERVIEW:

Prince Pelias is from the original Fae realm, and he helped lead the Fae into Midgard by using Luna's Horn to open a portal between worlds.

SPOILERS AHEAD:

• Book One Arc

  In book one, Ruhn Danaan shares his understanding of Prince Pelias when working with Bryce and Hunt to try to find the Horn. According to what Ruhn was told growing up, Prince Pelias was the first Starborn Fae to enter Midgard. His ability to wield starlight was what enabled him to utilize Luna's Horn to cross the Northern Rift.
  
  However, during a scene that takes place in the Griffin Antiquities archives, Ruhn is surprised to learn that Prince Pelias was actually the high general of a Fae Queen named Theia. While reading an ancient text, Ruhn also discovers that "Pelias was one of several Fae back then with the Starborn power," including Queen Theia and her daughter, Helena (Ch. 29). Ruhn concludes that Fae with similar powers were likely more common in the original Fae realm than they are in Midgard.
