Philip Briggs

OVERVIEW:

Philip Briggs is a human rebel and leader of Ophion's Keres sect. He is known for his controversial, radical methods. At the beginning of book one, Bryce Quinlan and Danika Fendyr are worried about his impending release from prison.

SPOILERS AHEAD:

• Book One Arc

  Briggs is arrested at the beginning of book one on suspicion of murdering Danika and the Pack of Devils. It is later discovered he was not at fault.
  
  During a conversation related to this investigation, Briggs reveals to Bryce that he interacted with Danika and liked her as a person, despite the fact that Danika's actions had put him in prison the first time.
