Sailing

OVERVIEW:

During Sailings, the dead are carried on a boat across the Istros River to their final resting place in the Bone Quarter. If the Under-King deems a soul worthy to enter his domain, they are allowed entry into the Bone Quarter. If one is deemed unworthy, their boat tips and the body of the deceased is given to the river. In this case, no one knows what happens to the individual's soul.
