Asteri

OVERVIEW

The Asteri are the six godlike immortal beings who rule Midgard. They reside in the Eternal City on Pangera and are said to each possess the power of a star. Their power is described as being "born, not made" (685).

Note: there were originally seven Asteri, but during one of the final battles of the First Wars, a Prince of Hel named Apollion ate an Asteri. Apollion is the only known being to have ever killed an Asteri, and he is called the "Star Eater" on Midgard.
