Sailing

OVERVIEW

Sailings are ceremonies where the dead are carried on a boat across the Istros River to their final resting place in the Bone Quarter. During the Sailing, The Under-King deems whether the soul is worthy of the Bone Quarter. If he deems someone unworthy, the boat tips and the body of the deceased is given to the river.
